Terms & Conditions

Before proceeding with your booking, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation from our company via WhatsApp. Please ensure that all booking details are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Minimum Booking Period: Customers have to book the vehicle for a minimum of 2 days. In case if the customer wants the vehicle for 1 day, still have to pay for a 2 days period.
3. Driver’s License: All drivers must present a valid driver’s license issued by a recognized authority. International visitors must present a valid passport along with an international driving permit (IDP) or a valid driver’s license issued in their home country.
4. Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years old.
5. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pick-up and will be refunded upon the return of the rental car in the same condition as it was rented. The security deposit amount varies depending on the type of vehicle rented.
6. Insurance Coverage: All rental cars come with basic insurance coverage.
7. Driving Restrictions: Rental cars are intended for use within the state of Goa only. Crossing state borders or driving into restricted areas is strictly prohibited.
8. Time Conclude Policy: In accordance with our Car rental policy, regardless of the time of day you pick up the vehicle, the rental period will conclude at 9:00 Am the follow morning
9. Fuel Policy: Rental cars are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same level of fuel. Failure to do so will result in additional refueling charges.
10. Late Return: Rental cars must be returned on or before the agreed-upon return date and time. Late returns may result in additional charges.
11. Maintenance and Repairs: Customers are responsible for maintaining the rental car in good condition during the rental period. Any damage or mechanical issues must be reported to our company immediately.
12. Vehicle Availability: While we strive to fulfill all reservations, vehicle availability is subject to change. In the event that your selected vehicle is not available, we will make every effort to provide a suitable alternative.
